Patrons were given the opportunity to clear overdue fines by bringing in a donation of nonperishable food between Valentine’s Day and Feb. 28. The amnesty did not apply to charges for lost or damaged items. On Monday 487 pounds of food were delivered to the Community Action Partnership Food Bank and several items of pet food were given to the Kootenai Humane Society. |
