The Coeur d’Alene Public Library will be closed Sunday, June 27, due to street closures for Ironman. The library will resume normal hours Monday, June 28, at 10 a.m.

The event will not affect the schedule of other area libraries. The Hayden Branch Library of the Kootenai-Shoshone Area Libraries, 8385 N. Government Way, will be open noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Coeur d’Alene patrons can also access the library’s catalog and databases online when the library is closed, but will need to visit the library at 702 E. Front Ave. or call 208/769-2315 during open hours to obtain usernames and passwords for the databases.

News about the library and other city departments is also available on the City of Coeur d’Alene news blog: http://cdacity.blogspot.com/.
