The Coeur d’Alene Public Library, 702 E. Front Ave., and the city Parks Department will partner for Arbor Day activities on Wednesday, April 28, during library storytimes.

“Trees are Great!” will be presented for the Preschool storytimes for ages 3-5 at 10:30-11 a.m. and again at 1-1:30 p.m. A school-aged program – “Trees: Nature’s Best Invention!” will be presented during a 4-5 p.m. program.

Both programs will be in the Shirley Parker Storyroom in the Seagraves Children’s Library. Free tree seedling will be available for children to take home to plant.
