The Coeur d’Alene Public Library has two organized support groups who gratefully accept donations for various projects and programs.
The Friends of the Coeur d’Alene Library - The Friends run the Second Story Bookstore and use the funds for program support and much more. Click here for more information about book donations, volunteer opportunities, and Friends’ memberships.
The Coeur d'Alene Public Library Foundation (CdAPLF) exists to enrich the lives of individuals in our community by contributing financial and organizational support for library facilities, programs and services which are accessible and free to people of all ages and backgrounds. The Library Foundation is the private fund-raising arm of the Library which provides supplemental resources beyond those available through the public sector (City of Coeur d'Alene/taxpayers) to enhance excellence and responsiveness to community need.
